The Department of Applied Science Education has been established under the auspices of the Comprehensive University of Applied Sciences and as an executive pillar of applied science education, with the aim of improving work knowledge and creating appropriate skills in the field of agriculture. The needs of different sectors of agriculture and natural resources of the country make it possible, so that graduates can acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for the activity assigned to them.

Office of formal work and knowledge training

The department seeks to develop formal and practical training for farmers with an emphasis on the children of farmers (rejuvenation of the agricultural sector with the participation of the non-governmental sector).

The aims of this office are: Directing education towards agriculture and providing higher education conditions for employees in the sector and improving the level of knowledge, insight and skills of producers and operators in the agricultural sector

Operators training group

Organized trainings to change the professional and occupational behavior of farmers in the production areas of Tehran province in order to reduce costs, increase production per unit area, increase income and move from subsistence agriculture to economic and commercial agriculture.

Employee training is a process that ensures the adaptation of employees to the changing environment of the organization and better adaptation of the organization to the external environment.

General purpose:

• Design, compile, review, implement, evaluate and determine the effectiveness of training courses for managers, experts and facilitators

Goals:

• Plan and implement seven trainings and skills for employees

• Long-term training of staff based on human resource development planning of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture and consequently the Jihad Agricultural Organization of the province and the needs of subdivisions

• Providing educational resources, materials and media

• Development of short-term educational activities at the level of managers, experts, etc. ......

• Improving the skills of managers and increasing employee and client satisfaction

• Institutionalizing short-term and in-service practical training in the direction of developing the organization's educational system

The main activities of short-term staff training courses

• Receive information from people

• Monitoring information and categorizing people to participate in each course

• Planning for the implementation of courses (coordination of places, professors, etc.)

• Preparing and completing registration forms and attendance and grades in these courses

• Supervision during the course

• Prepare and send the course request to the staff training office to be included in the training calendar in the software

• Sending course reports to the staff training office

• Record grades and activate course evaluation

• Issuance of educational certification, preparation of reports on course evaluation
